Our principal mission in Cartoon 2.0 is to provide an interesting and entertaining environment, but even more it is to provide a secure environment to cartoon¿s fans of all ages. The membership in Cartoon 2.0 is free and it is open to everyone.

In order to maintain our commitment of privacy protection to all Cartoon 2.0 users; this Site has been designed to allow children to participate without revealing personal information such as name, address, and/or email address to other members.

Once you get registered in Cartoon 2.0, new members most provide an email address in order to allow us to send them a personal access password and periodically information about new features in Cartoon 2.0. New members under 13, most also provide the email address of one parent in order to notify them about the child registration. We will only use the parent's email address for notification purposes, and we will never reveal this information.

Children (or their parents) are able to close an account in Cartoon 2.0 at any time, we will erase any email address registered in our records immediately, and we will stop any future contact.

Cartoon 2.0 is a community, and as every community it needs to have rules and regulations. Before you become a member, you have to agree these rules.

First, members need to know that Cartoon Network Latin America is trademark of The Cartoon Network Inc. In order to grant that Cartoon 2.0 will still being entertaining and fair to everybody, we reserve the right to change the rules, change the way how the community works, and change the account¿s characteristics of any user or the inventory of Avatars. In the same regard, we reserve the right to close any account for any reason.

Chats and other communications in Cartoon 2.0 are not private. Every chat message at the Basic Level in Cartoon 2.0 is ¿pre-screened¿, pre-written by our staff and monitored. We reserve the right to read, change, delete or not, send any message in Cartoon 2.0 and delete any personal information. Likewise, every chat message at the Advance Level is ¿pre-screened¿ using a very broad dictionary of forbidden words in three (3) languages (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Users at the Advance Level will also have access to the Cartoon 2.0 messenger that will allow them to have private conversations with other users they have previously invented/added as friends. Those chats messages are also ¿pre-screened¿ and monitored.

Users most agree to not open more than one user account, neither to gather characters or expose them in an improper way, nor make alterations on software or code, and to not get advantage from the system in a wrong way. In other words, members agreed to play safe, be sociable and enjoy.

Users most agree that their participation in Cartoon 2.0 is subject to the Terms of Use to CartoonNetworkLA.com. and any of its other Sites. This includes, between others things, to know that the use of Cartoon 2.0 is under the user own risk, and that CartoonNetwork cannot be object of any complaint based on the use of the Site.
